A camera movement in film is a filmmaking technique that describes how a camera moves about to help enhance a story. The significance of camera movement in the planning of film is that it makes you feel like your there it adds a sense of peace. Some ways a camera can capture a shot is a low angle, over the shoulder, tilt, and high angle. 2 effects camera movement have on the audience is like "zoom" and a 'tracking shot" A zoom can be used so the audience knows what the Character is looking at or how they fell in the face. A tracking shot can add suspense to a film. The assignment is to define 12 camera movements and list 3 key points about them.
REFLECTION: We had to describe with what each camera movement technique mean and how it looks knowing this helps me understand which type of camera movement i need to do to tell a story each one had a different meaning and a different way of using it like arc shot orbits around someone, someone might use this camera movement when there not in the right head space and just out of it.
